CLINICS – Acro & Back Handspring Options!
Acro Clinics!
If you’re looking to increase your flexibility, add a few aerials or other tumbling elements to your dance routine, or try new acrobatic balancing skills, these clinics are for you!
In order to accommodate the awesome dancers in our community (and their busy schedules), we will offer Aerial Clinics instead of weekly classes. Clinics will be scheduled on Fridays during this Summer and you have the option to sign up for those that fit into your schedule.
Clinic attendees will be assigned to “beginning”, “intermediate” or “advanced” groups according to current skill level. Skill focus will include aerials (side and/or front) plus aerial variations & connections!
Clinics are for ages 6 and Up. Please note prerequisites and enroll if skill level is appropriate for the clinic.
SUMMER 2025 Aerial Clinics
Fridays 4:15-5:45pm
Date: June 13th and 27th, July 11th & July 25th
Clinic Fee: $25
*Prerequisites: cartwheel, one-arm cartwheel and handstand
Back Handspring Clinics!
If you’re looking for a little extra practice to learn or fine-tune your back handspring, these clinics are for you!
In addition to weekly classes, we offer back handspring clinics in the summer. Just sign up for those that fit into your schedule.
Clinic attendees will be assigned to “beginning”, “intermediate” or “advanced” groups according to current skill level.
Focus: standing back handspring and round-off BHS connection
Prerequisites: handstand, backbend/bridge (round-off for connection group)
Clinics are for ages 6 and Up. Please note prerequisites and enroll if skill level is appropriate for the clinic.

Fridays 4:15-5:45pm
Date: June 20th, July 18th & August 1st
Clinic Fee: $25
Space is limited and pre-registration is required for clinics!
FEE: $25 per 90-minute clinic; payment in full is due at time of enrollment and will be charged to the card on file.
Clinic cancellation policy:
24 hr notice – credit applied to account for future use
Less than 24 hr notice – forfeit clinic fee
Please Note: If for any reason a Clinic needs to be cancelled by YFZ, the pre-paid fee will be credited to your account to apply to future activities or refunded (per individual request).
