Youth Fitness Zone offers recreational cheer tumbling classes as well as provides the opportunity to apply those talents as a member of an exhibition or competitive cheer squad!
We have a wide variety of tumbling equipment (including in-ground trampolines, in-ground tumble trak, foam pit, rod floors, spring floors, and multiple sizes of inclines, mats and boulders) that our trained instructors utilize to help teach tumbling skills in a developmentally safe and technique-oriented manner. We’ve developed a “skills list” for each of our tumbling classes which the instructor uses to develop goals and lesson plans for the students.
Benefits of tumbling classes:
- Future cheerleaders will learn all the necessary tumbling skills to become great cheerleaders.
- Tumbling classes are great for strengthening core muscles.
