Adults can now get active and fit while their children do too … all in the same place! Join one of our new fitness classes today! Pay by the visit or purchase a Gym Pass to save money. The choice is now yours to “get up and go” in the “Fit Zone”! As an added convenience, several Cardio Pump and Boot Camp classes are offered during regular Open Gym times as well as simultaneously with some YFZ gymnastics classes.

Mon 10:30 – 11:15a Cardio Pump
(No class on Monday, Sept. 4th – Labor Day)
Wed 10:15-11:00a Boot Camp (coinciding Open Gym on Wednesdays 10:00-11:30am)
Fri 10:15-11:00a Boot Camp (coinciding Open Gym on Fridays 10:00-11:30am)
Please note: the Boot Camp classes on Wednesday and Friday are during Open Gym. Participants for these classes can workout while their children are being supervised by Zone staff! Adults participating in the Fit Zone class use the same Open Gym Punch Cards that are used for kids’ play time.
Cardio Pump (45 min.)
This group weight lifting class is choreographed to music designed for multiples levels of participants. (For teens and adults!)
High Repetition Weight Training allows us to develop long lean muscles, improve strength endurance, push the heart rate into a cardiovascular training zone and burn fat without lifting heavy weights or doing high impact exercises. Adding music to this training makes it fun and helps maintain the desired tempo.
Boot Camp (45 min.)
This is a workout designed to challenge one’s cardio endurance with short intervals, drills, and a variety of exercise stations using body weight and some equipment. Everyone goes at their own pace, is coached to have good form and can make it as challenging as they would like. (For teens and adults!)
