”Power Tumbling & Trampoline“

Perfect for those who can’t stop jumping! Participants will learn basic to advanced skills in a progressive manner on competitive power tumbling equipment – euro trampoline with spotting harness, double-mini trampoline, and rod floor. Emphasis is placed on correct form and safety.

90 Min. Team Prep - $55/mo.

Levels 1-3 (Ages 4 & Up) Wed. 4:30p

2 Hr. Team Prep -- $65/mo.

Levels 4 & Up (Ages 5 & Up) Fri. 4:30p

ZONE TWISTERS

USAG Competitive Team (7 Hrs/Wk) - $125/mo.

”GIRLS’ Competitive Gymnastics“

Got the gymnastics bug – for many of us, it’s contagious! The more you do it, the more you want to challenge yourself to do it better and have the opportunity to show others what you’ve learned. Now you can do it with the Zone Twisters USAG and TAG teams! We have opportunities for beginners to seasoned gymnasts with various time commitments involved. Talk with Coach Julie for direction in finding the right fit for you.
