”Rhythmic Gymnastics“

Imagine gymnastics, ballet and modern dance with props choreographed to music...that is Rhythmic Gymnastics! Participants will be introduced to apparatus including hoops, balls, and ribbons; learn how to perform basic gymnastics skills while manipulating these props; and combine these newfound skills in routines set to music.
