”GIRLS’ Recreational Gymnastics“

Fitness Fun!  Gymnastics is a great sport for all ages and abilities and provides a wonderful opportunity to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and self-control.  This class incorporates instruction of basic gymnastics skills and techniques, in addition to general physical fitness activities.
