Participants will increase muscle strength and endurance through resistance training utilizing free weights, exercise tubing, medicine balls and body weight exercises. Classes are taught by a certified personal trainer and trained staff.
This package includes:
(1) Initial assessment and development of individualized workout by a personal trainer.
(2) Weight room orientation and safety procedures education.
(3) Personal trainer and/or trained staff in weight room with students at ALL times.
(4) Weekly monitoring of Individual workouts to determine appropriate adjustments in weights/repetitions/exercises.
(5) Free Open Gym attendance - Thursdays: 7:30 - 9:00p.
