Recreational Power Tumbling

Recreational power tumbling class utilizing competitive power tumbling equipment -- euro trampoline with spotting harness, double-mini trampoline, and rod floor.  Participants will learn basic to advanced skills in a progressive manner with emphasis placed on correct form and safety.
