Got the competitive "bug"!  For many of us, it's contagious!  The more you do gymnastics, the more you want to challenge yourself to do it better and have the opportunity to show others what you've learned.  We have opportunities for beginners to seasoned athletes with various time commitments involved.  Gymnasts in our TAG Levels 1-3 program will have the opportunity to perform at "In-House" meets hosted at Youth Fitness Zone during the competitive season.  Gymnasts who advance to our TAG & USAG Levels 4 & Up program will travel to meets hosted by other gyms.  Talk with Coach Julie for direction in finding the right fit for you!

Team Practice Schedule - Fall 2010

TAG Level 1 (60 min./wk) -- Tues or Thurs 6-7pm

TAG Level 2 (90 min./wk) -- Tues or Thurs 6:00-7:30pm

TAG Level 3 (2 hrs/wk) -- Tues  or Thurs 5:30-7:30pm

TAG Level 4 (2 days/wk) -- Mon and Thurs 4:30-7:30pm

USAG Level 4 (3 days/wk) -- Mon, Tues and Thurs 4:30-7:30pm

USAG Level 5 (4 days/wk) -- Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs 4:30-7:30pm

USAG Level 6 & Up (5 days/wk) -- Mon and Wed 4:30-7:30pm, Tues and Thurs 4:30-8:00pm, and Friday 4:30-6:30pm
